Preparation

  • 600g shrimps and other seafood
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 torch ginger flower
  • 2 pomelo leaves
  • 2 chili padi
  • 400ml water
Cooking Process
  1. Boil 400ml of water, add sauce, stir well and cook until boil.
  2. Add all ingredients and cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Hot dishes are served.
