Preparation
- 500g chicken or other meat
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- 35g grated coconut
Cooking Process
- Add the paste to a pan with a splash of water and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and stir to mix over medium heat.
- Pour in 200ml water and coconut milk, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
