Water, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Dried Chili, Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Ginger, Edible Starch, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Salt

Preparation

600g fish slices / Few shredded cucumber, onion, carrot, and chili / 150ml water

Cooking Process

  1. Steam the fish for 5minutes, then pour out the excess water from the plate.
  2. Pour the sauce over the fish and steam for 2 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Remove the cooked fish and top it with the shredded cucumber, onion, carrot, and chili.
  4. Serve it hot!
