Preparation
600g fish slices / Few shredded cucumber, onion, carrot, and chili / 150ml water
Cooking Process
- Steam the fish for 5minutes, then pour out the excess water from the plate.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and steam for 2 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove the cooked fish and top it with the shredded cucumber, onion, carrot, and chili.
- Serve it hot!
