Water, Shallot, Vegetable Oil, Dried Chili, Curry Powder, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Galangal, Salt, Sugar, MSG

Recommended Cooking Recipe

Preparation

500g fish, prawns, or other seafood I 6 ladyfingers (okra), long beans, eggplants I 1 tomato I 1 big onion I 350 ml water I 50 ml coconut milk or fresh milk (option­al)

Cooking Process

  1. Boil 350ml water. Add the paste and stir well for 1 minute.
  2. Add all the ingredients and cook for approximately 7 minutes. Optionally, add coconut milk or fresh milk.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
