Preparation
- 300ml water
- 500g chicken, cubed
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 50ml coconut milk or fresh milk (optional)
Cooking Process
- In a wok, add the paste and a small amount of water. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and potatoes, stir-frying for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in 300ml of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Optionally, add 50 ml of coconut milk or fresh milk.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
