Ingredient

Water, Shallot, Vegetable Oil, Dried Chili, Curry Powder, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Salt, Turmeric, Sugar, MSG


Recommended Cooking Recipe

Preparation

  • 300ml water
  • 500g chicken, cubed
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 50ml coconut milk or fresh milk (optional)

Cooking Process

  1. In a wok, add the paste and a small amount of water. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chicken and potatoes, stir-frying for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in 300ml of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  5. Optionally, add 50 ml of coconut milk or fresh milk.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
